Our outpatient mental health services provide a supportive environment where individuals and families can explore emotional challenges and work toward lasting mental and emotional well-being. We offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions, each tailored to meet the unique needs, backgrounds, and goals of our clients. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or life transitions, our therapists use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care to guide your healing process.

What Are Mental Health Outpatient Services?

Mental health problems affect how you think, feel, and function each day regardless of work, family, school, or all of the other responsibilities associated with daily life. And all of this may leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn.

That is what our outpatient mental health and mental behavioral health services are for.

At Counseling Solutions LV, we provide outpatient counseling for adults and adolescents who need support but do not need to stay in a hospital or residential program. You come in for scheduled sessions and go home the same day. It really is that simple.

Whether you are looking for group, family, or individual therapy, our counselors use evidence-based approaches to help you manage.

These services help with things like:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Trauma
  • Stress
  • Mood disorders
  • Relationship problems
  • Life changes
  • Behavior management
  • Emotional regulation
  • Coping skills
  • Decision-making
  • Communication

Outpatient care at Counseling Solutions LV is fully DDAP and DHS licensed and allows you to get help while staying connected to your daily life. You do not need to pause everything to get the support you need.

Who Outpatient Services Are For

Outpatient mental health services are a good fit for people who:

  • Want regular support
  • Are feeling overwhelmed but still functioning day to day
  • Need help managing emotions or stress
  • Want a safe place to talk
  • Are open to therapy or medication support

You do not need to be in crisis to seek help. And you do not need to have everything figured out before starting.

Benefits of Outpatient Mental Health Services

We focus on helping you understand what is going on and finding practical ways to cope.

Benefits may include:

  • Regular therapy sessions with a licensed mental health provider
  • Support for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and mood concerns
  • A safe space to talk openly without pressure or judgment
  • Care that fits around work, school, and family responsibilities
  • Flexible treatment plans that adjust as your needs change
  • Opportunities to build coping skills you can use right away
  • Coordination with psychiatric or other behavioral health services

Progress looks different for everyone. Care is shaped by what you are experiencing, what feels helpful, and what supports your ability to function day to day.

Our Approach to Care

First, you schedule an intake appointment. This is just a conversation where you let us know what is going on and how we can help you with absolutely no pressure to share everything at once.

Following this, a treatment plan is created. One based on your needs, not a template, that may include individual therapy, group therapy, or medication support.

Here we believe that therapy is not about being told what to do. It is about understanding what is happening and finding ways to cope that make sense for you.

Medication and Therapy Together

Some people benefit from therapy alone. Others may need medication support as well. We can provide both.

If medication is part of your care, you will meet with a psychiatric provider. Medications are explained clearly. Questions are encouraged. Nothing is forced.

The goal is stability and improved daily functioning, not overmedication.

Insurance and Access

We accept many major insurance plans. If you have questions about coverage, our team can help you check.

Mental health care should be accessible. If you are unsure whether outpatient care is right for you, we can talk it through.

Getting Started

Starting therapy often begins with a simple conversation.

If you are asking yourself whether outpatient mental health services could help, that question alone is enough to reach out.

Support does not have to be complicated. And you do not have to do this alone. Request an appointment with us today.
