Counseling Solutions LV (CSOLV) is a bilingual, DDAP and DHS licensed counseling center located in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We serve clients in Lehigh and Northampton counties. We specialize in providing culturally competent, harm-reduction-focused care for individuals and families dealing with mental health and substance use challenges.

Our mission is to create a safe space for healing through a harm-reduction and culturally competent approach to mental health and substance use recovery.

Our Vision
1. To address the increased needs of Substance Use Disorder education, interventions, and treatment, especially for our underserved and minority communities through a multidisciplinary and community-focused approach.
2. To address the growing multicultural demands of our community by providing bilingual, safe, and harm-reduction-focused services to individuals, families, and programs oriented towards helping individuals achieve their recovery goals while providing a comprehensive, and culturally appropriate integrated evidence-based approach through all levels of prevention, and treatment access in English and Spanish.

Comprehensive Services for Your Mental Health and Recovery
Outpatient Mental Health Counseling
We provide individual, family, and group therapy in a safe, supportive environment. Our counselors use evidence-based approaches to help clients manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
Adult Psychiatry and Medication Management
Our psychiatric team offers evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management for adults with mental health needs. We work closely with each client to ensure personalized, compassionate care.
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment
We offer harm-reduction-focused treatment for individuals dealing with substance use, including DUI evaluations and psychoeducation. Our goal is to support recovery in a nonjudgmental, culturally sensitive setting.
Anger Management and Prevention Programs
Our structured programs are designed to help clients understand and manage anger in healthy, constructive ways. These classes also serve as early intervention to support long-term well-being.
